Set of six “Carimate” dining chairs designed by Vico Magistretti for Cassina in the 1960s. These chairs was originally created for the Carimate Golf Club near Lake Como in Italy, but they have found their way well outside that club by now. These examples have a light beechwood frame and seats upholstered in a soft brown velvet-like fabric. The chairs show the typical rounded legs and curved backrest that define this model.
